The warm weather is upon us and the temptation to sit on a patio with a nice cold drink is very alluring. However, if you are looking to keep in shape this summer here is a short, no-nonsense workout that will keep you looking and feeling your best. High Intensity interval workout-16 mins: (8 exercises back to back, 15s on then 15s rest)

Tuck jumpsDon't forget to complete a 5-10 minute cardio warm-up. You can jog, bike or briskly walk to warm up the muscles and prepare them for the workout ahead. Be sure to stay hydrated before, during and following your workout. You can follow your workout with some static stretching or foam rolling to decrease post-workout soreness.
